Online Scheduling is not for use with life-threatening debilitating, or emergent medical conditions and you agree that you are not attempting to use the service for such a condition.

If you've had a screening mammogram before, you should schedule this screening at least one year (same month or thereafter) since your last screening.

If you think you are pregnant, or are currently breastfeeding, please contact your primary care physician and do not proceed with scheduling.
